Privacy Notice

First Shirt merchants and shirt claim customers

This Privacy Notice explains how Levrist LLC handles information through First Shirt, its invite-only software product. It covers merchants using pilot accounts and their customers receiving or using shirt claim links. The current pilot is intended for United States merchants and customers.

1 Who Provides First Shirt

Levrist LLC provides First Shirt. First Shirt is a software product, not a separate company. The Free Shirt and thefreeshirt.com are brochure references and are not separate companies.

2 Information We Collect

The information depends on whether you are a Merchant or a Customer and where you are in the claim flow.

Merchant Information

• Merchant contact, login, subscription, account, and configuration information.
• Subscription billing status and related transaction information received through Stripe. Stripe processes the $49 monthly software payment for Levrist LLC.
• Information available through the Merchant's authorized Stripe connection that is needed to monitor qualifying paid invoices, including customer identifiers, email or name when available, invoice and payment status, and paid-revenue amounts used to apply the Merchant's threshold.
• Information available through the Merchant's authorized Printful connection that is needed to use the Merchant's selected product, design, and order settings.

Customer Claim Information

• Email address and name, as available from the Merchant or the Merchant's connected Stripe account, so a claim invitation can be sent and managed.
• Shirt size and shipping address supplied by the Customer when submitting a Request.
• Claim and approval status needed to manage the Request and, if authorized, place an order through the Merchant's Printful account.

Communications

We collect information a Merchant or Customer sends to hello@thefreeshirt.com or otherwise provides when asking for support.

Website visits

• Website usage information. When you visit firstshirt.co, our hosting provider Vercel collects aggregate visit and page performance information, such as pages viewed, referring site, device type, browser, country, and page load speed. This analytics does not use cookies. Claim links are recorded without their personal token, and signed-in merchant dashboard pages are not tracked.

3 How We Use Information

Levrist uses the information described above to:

• Provide and administer Merchant pilot accounts and the $49 monthly software subscription.
• Connect the Merchant's Stripe and Printful accounts at the Merchant's direction.
• Monitor qualifying paid invoices and apply the paid-revenue threshold set by the Merchant.
• Send claim invitations, receive Customer Requests, and show those Requests to the Merchant.
• Apply the Merchant's review-each or enabled auto-fulfill settings and monthly shirt limit, and where the Merchant's pilot account allows it, place and confirm Printful orders under those settings.
• Facilitate an order through the Merchant's Printful account after the required approval or enabled settings allow it to proceed.
• Provide support, protect the Service, investigate misuse, and enforce the Merchant Subscription Terms.

4 Who Receives Information

Information is provided only as needed for the applicable part of the Service:

• The Merchant receives the Customer's Request details so it can review and manage the Request. If the Merchant enables auto-fulfill, the Request may proceed under those settings and the monthly limit without individual review.
• Stripe processes the Merchant's First Shirt subscription payment and provides connected paid-invoice information when the Merchant authorizes the connection.
• Printful receives the information needed to place and fulfill an authorized order through the Merchant's account, including the selected product and size, recipient name, and shipping address. Printful charges the Merchant, not the Customer, for the shirt, shipping, and its own fees.
• Resend receives the email address and message content needed to send operational emails, including claim links and account messages.
• Vercel hosts firstshirt.co and provides its website analytics and performance measurement. Vercel processes the technical information a browser sends when it loads the site, including IP address, to deliver pages and produce aggregate statistics, under its own terms and privacy notice.

Stripe, Printful, and Resend operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Levrist does not manufacture, warehouse, or ship the shirt and does not hold the Customer's funds.

5 Merchant Responsibility for Customer Information

The Merchant decides which paid-revenue threshold to use, which Customers are eligible, whether to approve a Request, and whether to enable auto-fulfill. The Merchant is responsible for its own customer relationship and for providing any notice or obtaining any permission required for its use of customer information and claim-related communications.

6 Data Retention

This notice does not specify a fixed deletion period for merchant account information or customer claim information. Information, including shipping addresses, may remain stored after a request is completed or an account is closed. To ask about information held about you or request deletion, contact hello@thefreeshirt.com. Deletion requests are subject to applicable legal requirements and any records needed for an unresolved order, dispute, or security issue. Stripe, Printful, and Resend apply their own retention practices to information in their systems.

7 Security

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please protect your account access and contact hello@thefreeshirt.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

8 Your Choices and Requests

A Merchant may change product settings, turn auto-fulfill on or off, change the monthly shirt limit, disconnect connected accounts, or stop using the Service, subject to the Merchant Subscription Terms.

A Merchant or Customer may contact hello@thefreeshirt.com to ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion. Levrist may need to verify the request and may retain information when permitted or required by applicable law or needed to address an active dispute or security issue.

Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and the circumstances. This notice does not limit rights that applicable law gives you. The current pilot is intended for United States merchants and customers.

9 Private Beta and Changes

First Shirt is an invite-only private beta for pilot accounts and may change or stop. Levrist may update this Privacy Notice when the product, providers, or information practices change. The updated notice will show a new effective date.
