Claim Page Notice

{{merchant_name}} invited you to request one branded shirt. You pay $0. {{merchant_name}} pays Printful for the shirt, shipping, and Printful's fees.

Choose your size and enter the shipping address where you want the shirt sent. After you submit, {{merchant_name}} reviews your Request unless it has turned on automatic fulfillment and the Request is within its monthly shirt limit.

Shirts ship only to addresses in the 50 US states and Washington, DC.

Submitting a request does not mean a shirt has been ordered or shipped. The merchant reviews requests by default. If the merchant has enabled automatic fulfillment, an eligible request within its monthly limit can result in an order placed through the merchant's Printful account, and confirmation may happen automatically where the merchant's account is set up for that. Otherwise, the merchant must approve the request, and an unconfirmed draft does not mean Printful is producing or shipping the shirt.

First Shirt is software from Levrist LLC that helps {{merchant_name}} manage the Request. Levrist LLC does not make, warehouse, sell, or ship the shirt and does not promise a delivery date or garment quality.

Claim Page Privacy Notice

Levrist LLC uses your email address, name, shirt size, shipping address, and claim status to send and manage the invitation and, when authorized, pass the order details to the Merchant and Printful. Resend processes the email information needed to send the claim message. Stripe, Printful, and Resend have their own privacy notices.

This notice does not specify a fixed deletion period. Claim information may remain stored after completion. You may request deletion at hello@thefreeshirt.com, subject to applicable legal requirements and unresolved matters. See the First Shirt Privacy Notice for details.

Using the claim link does not make you a First Shirt subscriber and does not charge you. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@thefreeshirt.com.
